* Check If Your Property Requires A Milestone Inspection

* Schedule And Complete the Inspection
A structural engineer will perform a visual inspection of your property. The inspector assesses your building, determining if there is “Substantial Structural Deterioration” as defined by the new Phase One requirement. If so, a more in-depth Phase Two inspection may be required.
* Structural Integrity Reserve Analysis
A reserve study is performed to evaluate and develop the Association’s reserve budgets for major maintenance projects.
A sealed copy of the inspection report will be provided to the building owner, the condo/cooperative association, and the local building safety official.
